Purpose

The ICB Business and Office Administration 2 course is required for the ICB Intermediate Level Office Administration programme. The second course is broad ranging and builds from the knowledge already gained in the level 1 course. Topics covered include time management, travel and events management, dealing with customers and more. Successful completion of this subject further enhances your value within the workplace
