Purpose

The ICB Payroll and Monthly SARS returns course is the fourth and final prescribed subject. With successful completion, you will have completed you ICB Foundation Level programme. You will learn how to prepare and finalize company payrolls, SARS returns and related documentation. What you will learn

Using the students basic knowledge of bookkeeping as a base, this skills programme includes a study of VAT, basic conditions of employment, RSA statutory registrations, RSA payroll calculations and accounting, SARS E-Filing and a study of the ethics of a tax practitioner in South Africa.
