// NFQ Levels
What do the levels mean?
NQF Level 3 Courses
NQF levels are intended to award registered learners with national accreditation based on their skills and knowledge. NQF 3 is equivalent to Grade 11 or Standard 9, and is often a stepping stone to NQF 4 and beyond.
NQF Level 4 Courses
NQF levels are intended to award registered learners with national accreditation based on their skills and knowledge. NQF 4 is equivalent to Grade 12 or Standard 10 (Matric), and is a FET – Further Education and Training – category qualification.
NQF Level 5 courses
NQF levels are intended to award registered learners with national accreditation based on their skills and knowledge. NQF 5 is a National Certificate or National Diploma and is a HET – Higher Education and Training – category qualification
NQF Level 6 courses
NQF levels are intended to award registered learners with national accreditation based on their skills and knowledge.
NQF6 is a National Diploma and Advanced certificates.

Ferdi van Greunen | Owner
Ferdi has been with Aldes since 2002 starting off as a franchisee in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. In 2010 he assumed control over the entire Aldes franchise group and has subsequently established Aldes Finance, Aldes Training Academy and Aldes Mining.
Ferdi is an extremely passionate person when it comes to empowering & educating people. He has presented bursaries to many delegates, in his personal capacity, over several years.
Ferdi’s passion is fuel by believing that:
Knowledge is power.
Knowledge creates wealth. Knowledge is the one thing that can be shared and handed out, where both the giver and receiver gain.

Operational Manager
Tanya has more than 25 years of professional work experience. She is goal orientated, has a passion for working with people, and takes great pride in her work. She believes, that with friendliness, respect, professionalism, and a positive attitude, anything can be achieved.
Michelle Taylor-Rebel | Assessor / Moderator
Is an Aldes partner and an Accredited Constituent Real Estate NQF4 Facilitator/Assessor with Services SETA. In addition she is a Life Coach & Motivational Speaker.

Nicolene Trollip | Moderator
Nicolene is an Accredited Moderator with Services SETA. She loves interacting with people within the industry and is passionate about furthering people within their careers.
She has a great passion for her work and pays meticulous attention to the smallest detail. She is truly an asset to the Aldes team!
Anita Jurgens |
Moderator
Anita is an Accredited Assessor / Moderator with Services SETA.
She was a High School teacher and moved into Real Estate in 2004.
She qualified as a Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator 2009.
We are proud to have her onboard as an Aldes partner.
