				<h4>Introduction</h4><p>Aldes Training Academy has structured the qualification to consist of the following six Learning Programmes, each consisting of a Knowledge, Practical and Work Experience component, with an integrated learning structure.</p><p>The Learning programmes contained in this qualification are as follows:</p><h4> </h4><h4>Learning Programme 1: <strong>Legislative and Regulatory Framework (27 Credits)</strong></h4><ul><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="3761">Identify the real estate environment and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory framework.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="3867">To equip qualifying learners with knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts of applying legislative and regulatory framework within the property and real estate environment.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="4053">To provide the learner with an opportunity to employ macro trends to develop contracts in line with client needs and comply with legislation.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="4199">To provide learners with an opportunity to gain exposure to systematic practical training and experience on procedures for identify the property and real estate environment and comply with legislative and regulatory framework which is closely supervised and monitored by qualified property practitioners and adequately documented in an approved logbook.</p></li></ul><h4> </h4><h4>Learning Programme 2: <strong>Ethical Business Principles (31 Credits)</strong></h4><ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="1"><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="4627">Apply Code of Conduct and adhere to ethical business principles.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="4696">To equip qualifying learners with knowledge and understanding of the ethical principles and codes of ethics relevant to the property and real estate environment to his/her own context.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="4885">To provide learners an opportunity to apply ethical principles in the interest of all stakeholders.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="4989">To provide learners with an opportunity to gain exposure to systematic practical training and experience on processes and procedures for applying the Code of Conduct and adhering to ethical business principles which is closely supervised and monitored by qualified property practitioners and adequately documented in an approved logbook.</p></li></ul><h4> </h4><h4>Learning Programme 3: <strong>Developing Relationships (27 Credits)</strong></h4><ul><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="5398">Develop relationships with an internal and/or external client database for provision of property and real estate services.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="5525">To equip qualifying learners with knowledge and understanding of delivering on service expectations with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that expectations are managed.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="5719">To provide the learner with an opportunity to build proficient and sustainable client relationships.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="5824">To provide the learner an opportunity to gain exposure to systematic practical training and experience on procedures to build internal and/or external client relationships and databases which is closely supervised and monitored by qualified property practitioners and adequately documented in an approved logbook.</p></li></ul><h4> </h4><h4>Learning Programme 4: <strong>Building a Brand ( 15 Credits)</strong></h4><ul><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="6202">Build a brand reputation and develop a target market.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="6260">To equip qualifying learners with knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts of personal and professional branding and thereby building a long-lasting positive brand reputation.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="6449">To provide the learner with an opportunity to develop and maintain a personal and professional brand through innovation and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="6601">To provide the learner with an opportunity to gain exposure to systematic practical training and experience on procedures to build a brand reputation and develop a target market which is closely supervised and monitored by qualified property practitioners and adequately documented in an approved logbook.</p></li></ul><h4> </h4><h4>Learning Programme 5: <strong>Property and Real Estate Services (31 Credits)</strong></h4><ul><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="6987">Manage the real estate function and ensure smooth property and real estate services.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="7076">To equip qualifying learners with knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts of property and real estate service and its impact on the organisation.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="7236">To provide the learner with an opportunity to perform property and real estate duties resulting in successful transactions.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="7364">To provide the learner with an opportunity to gain exposure to systematic practical training and experience on practices to manage the property and real estate function which is closely supervised and monitored by qualified property practitioners and adequately documented in an approved logbook.</p></li></ul><h4> </h4><h4>Learning Programme 6: <strong>Financial Business Principles (21 Credits)</strong></h4><ul><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="7737">Apply financial business principles to the property and real estate role.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="7815">To equip qualifying learners with knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts of business principles to property and real estate transactions to achieve their own personal targets.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="8006">To provide the learner with an opportunity to implement sound financial practices to achieve personal and business objectives.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="8137">To provide the learner with an opportunity to gain exposure to systematic practical training and experience on applying financial business principles which is closely supervised and monitored by qualified property practitioners and adequately documented in an approved logbook</p></li></ul>			</div>

				<p>The minimum entry requirement for this qualification is an NQF Level 3 Qualification.</p>			</div>

				<ul><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="8953">Delegates are assessed by means of a Portfolio of Evidence (POE) submitted to the Assessor</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="9047">Workbase experience modules to be facilitated at delegates own workplace, and evidence of this will need to be submitted after completion.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="9190">Statement of Result (SOR) will be issued by training provider after final assessment.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="9279">Delegate will be registered for the External Integrated Summative Assessment with an independent Assessment Centre. (Assessment Centre who is accredited with the QCTO)</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="9450">EISA Results to be submitted to the QCTO for Certification.</p></li><li><p data-renderer-start-pos="9513">Certificates will be issued by the QCTO</p></li></ul>			</div>

				<ul><li>A Matric Certificate is not a pre-requisite for enrolment. </li><li>A Services SETA Accredited Real Estate NQF4 Certificate is a pre-requisite.</li></ul>			</div>

				<ul><li>Delegates are assessed by means of a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) submitted to the Assessor.</li><li>A final assessment report will be emailed to the delegate, by the Assessor for their signing.</li><li>The delegate's portfolio is then couriered to our Head Office (based in Pretoria) for internal moderation by a Moderator. The internal Moderator will either uphold/overturn the Assessor’s decision.</li><li>The delegate's portfolio will be submitted for external moderation by a Moderator within Services SETA. The external Moderator will uphold/overturn the Assessor/Internal Moderator’s decision.</li><li>A final report is submitted by the External Moderator to Services SETA and then to our office to sign off.</li><li>The instruction is then sent to the Certification Department to proceed with the printing of the Certificates for the delegates. 									<div class="wpb_text_column wpb_content_element "><div class="wpb_wrapper"><p>To accommodate the peremptory internship requirements for new entrants into the Estate Agency profession the EAAB in terms of the Education Regulations, introduced a mandatory one-year programme, to be completed by all Intern Estate Agents, as from 2 January 2013.</p><p>The programme has been specifically designed to facilitate and monitor the induction of Intern Estate Agents into the Estate Agency profession and will apply to all new entrants and/or Intern Estate Agents, regardless of the future status to which such persons aspire and/or of their current academic, professional or other qualifications.</p><p>The programme has, furthermore, been designed to ensure that Intern Estate Agents not only acquire meaningful practical Estate Agency experience during the twelve-month internship period but that they are also exposed to an applied and relevant practical learning experience that will enhance, and add value and understanding, to their theoretical estate agency studies.</p><p>The underlying objective of the programme is to ensure that intern estate agents are provided with the required structured learning environment that will assist them to acquire the necessary practical workplace experience that they need if they are competently to perform the functions of a professional Estate Agents and that, just as importantly, they are not, during the course of the internship period, relegated to the peripheries of Estate Agency practice.</p><p>The maintenance of a mandatory Workplace Learning Programme Logbook and workplace Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) constitutes an integral component of the entire programme. The EAAB has, compiled a draft logbook for use by both Intern Estate Agents and their Principals and/or Mentors.</p></div></div>								</div>

				<ul><li>Delegates are assessed by means of a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) submitted to the Assessor.</li><li>A final assessment report will be emailed to the delegate, by the Assessor for their signing.</li><li>The delegate's portfolio is then couriered to our Head Office (based in Pretoria) for internal moderation by a Moderator. The internal Moderator will either uphold/overturn the Assessor’s decision.</li><li>The delegate's portfolio will be submitted for external moderation by a Moderator within Services SETA. The external Moderator will uphold/overturn the Assessor/Internal Moderator’s decision.</li><li>A final report is submitted by the External Moderator to Services SETA and then to our office to sign off.</li><li>The instruction is then sent to the Certification Department to proceed with the printing of the Certificates for the delegates. Each delegate is required to upload their Certificate on their PPRA profile.</li><li>The Certificate, along with the Portfolio, will be couriered back to the delegate. (Pretoria)</li></ul>			</div>

				<ul><li>A Matric Certificate is not a pre-requisite for enrolment. Bridging modules in second language &amp; mathematics are available.</li></ul>			</div>

				<ul><li>Delegates are assessed by means of a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) submitted to the Assessor.</li><li>A final assessment report will be emailed to the delegate, by the Assessor for their signing.</li><li>The delegate's portfolio is then couriered to our Head Office (based in Pretoria) for internal moderation by a Moderator. The internal Moderator will either uphold/overturn the Assessor’s decision.</li><li>The delegate's portfolio will be submitted for external moderation by a Moderator within Services SETA. The external Moderator will uphold/overturn the Assessor/Internal Moderator’s decision.</li><li>A final report is submitted by the External Moderator to Services SETA and then to our office to sign off.</li><li>The instruction is then sent to the Certification Department to proceed with the printing of the Certificates for the delegates. Each delegate is required to upload their Certificate on their PPRA profile.</li><li>The Certificate, along with the Portfolio, will be couriered back to the delegate. (Pretoria)</li></ul>			</div>
